The deep plane technique releases the ligaments beneath the SMAS layer and repositions the deeper facial tissues as one unit, rather than pulling the skin, so the result is designed to move naturally. The longevity of facelift results varies between patients and depends on age, skin quality, anatomy, technique and ageing after surgery. All surgery carries risks. Individual results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. A consultation and assessment with your surgeon is required before any procedure.
