Consultation options

In person in Bangkok. Examination by Dr. Rushapol at the hospital, with pre-operative assessment the day before surgery for patients who have already had a video consultation.

Video consultation. A live video consultation in English for patients outside Thailand, covering what is achievable, which procedures are indicated, staging, recovery timelines and the risks specific to your case. Surgery is confirmed only after an in-person examination in Bangkok. After either consultation you receive a written treatment plan and an itemised quotation. Consultations are part of standard assessment, not a promotional offer.

International patients

Assessment begins by video before you travel; surgery is performed at Intrarat Hospital; a post-operative review is scheduled before you fly home, with structured video follow-up afterwards. Read the full pathway: plastic surgery in Bangkok for international patients, and the country pages for Australia and New Zealand.

Existing patients

If you have had surgery with Dr. Rushapol and notice a worrying sign, such as increasing one-sided pain, a wound that is opening, spreading redness, fever or a sudden new swelling, contact the practice the same day by message with photographs; you will have a video review and a plan. Calf pain or swelling in one leg, chest pain or breathlessness, heavy bleeding that does not stop with firm pressure, or fainting need an emergency department immediately, wherever you are; go first and inform the practice afterwards.
